Default New Technology for Facelift

Is there any emerging technology regarding facelifts?

I would also like to know this. Anytime I've ever seen a facelift performed, on TV, it always seems to be done the same way. With today's technology, though...there should be different options.

Unless the need to cut the skin, stretch it, and then sew it into a new position is ended, most truly effective face lifts will remain linked to existing technologies, as far as I know.
