Do you need a gastric bypass?

Do you need a gastric bypass? Did your doctor recommend it or do you just want one on your own?

I dont think I NEED one but I would certainly like to have one!
But I keep reading about horror storys with people dying with vitamin deficiancys through lack of vitamins going through their body etc!
So that keeps me away from getting one done!
I dont think my doctor would refer me for one as you really do have to be very overweight to even be considered!
And whilst im no stick insect im certainly not a pet elephant{although others many disagree lol}

I think I need one, but I don't think that I can afford it. But I am definitely obese (God, I HATE that word) enough to qualify for one.
