I never thought of genitalia liposuction..., in any case, I heard of penis enlargements! One of my friends had a corrective surgery on his penis, because it was bent to the side, and it resulted in a shorter member. He regrets doing it.

Yeah I did hear about penis enlargements but never heard of the genitalia liposuction. I tried Googling but couldn't find much information about it online.

I am unsure where you find fat in or on the genitalia. Lipo does mean fat, you know, Husky?
