Default Non medical sources?

I would love to have more estrogen circulating but doctors no longer prescribe it automatically. Are there any places where someone can order estrogen without having to use their regular family doctor?

From my understanding, soy products (tofu in particular) are wonderful at replacing estrogen. I'm not sure why, but there is something in tofu that raises your estrogen and, I believe, relieve hot flashes and other symptoms.

I have been eating soy products every day for alot of years, and I never noticed any easing in menopausal symptoms. Medically prescribed estrogen puts you more at risk for reproductive and breast cancer, although I'm not sure how much; but that's enough to keep me away from it. I sure would like to get rid of this mustache, though!
