True human growth hormone is pretty expensive, and dangerous. Using it after your bones have knitted and you have reached maturity could cause abnormal lesions. After all, if your body has finished growing the hormone has to go somewhere

I'm a little bit curious...what exactly is HGH? I suppose it helps you "grow" but does that mean taller, bigger? Or is it another method of breast enhancement? I've heard the term before but I never really knew what it was for.

HGH is taken by body builders, weight lifters, or by any sort of athlete where strength and being larger of body helps your performance. They are taken with sometimes disastrous effect.
After someone has stopped using them, it is pretty evident as they lose the muscles and then can't play a sport as well as they had. It's really bad news, as it also makes a person more aggressive and gives them super mood swings.
