I would like to get my underarm hair and upper lips hair removed permanently. Does laser hair removal work for that?? I even would like to possess a permanent eyebrow shape and not go for eyebrow shaping regularly. Does this laser hair removal work out for this and stop any regrowth of hair?

I would need more information before deciding to spend money for this. If regrowth is a problem and creates hair bumps, then it's not worth a dime. I would also be concerned about scarring.
