Do you need lower eyelid surgery?

I'm not sure if I need lower eyelid surgey and can't really think of a reason why anyon WOULD need it. Can anyone enlighten me?

Well if you don't know if you need it, you probably don't. Some people opt to have it because the skin starts getting saggy and doubling over.
