Do you mean men actually want to increase their breast size? I thought they'd do the opposite!

Sure, of course there are men who would like to increase their breast size. There are many men who would love to gain a more feminine figure.

I think men don´t get "breast" implants, but probably pectoral implants. If they can´t develop their pecs, then they can get implants... breast implants unless they are thinking of sex change, then is useless.

I didn't even think about that, I assumed the original poster meant actual breast implants. I overlook things sometimes. I have not known anybody to get pectroal implants, but I can see why men would have it done.

I guess I am so naive. I just never thought that men would go for cosmetic surgery the way women will.

Exactly. It's to make their chest "muscles" look bigger, even though they're not....to give them that 'buff' look.

I don't think these implants, which would be called pectoralis implants, are very common at all. The implants probably wouldn't move naturally.

Of course, there are probably a few done because men DO develop breast cancer every once in a while!

I don't think that pectoral implants have spread much beyond actors and models, but I'm sure more guys will be going for them in the future.
