Unless gynecomastia in males have rapidly increased, I think it is still a relatively small number of guys with this issue.

^ Agreed. Not that many truly have gynecomastia that needs to be "reduced" by surgical means. Often, a doctor will tell them to lose weight if it's just a weight issue, so reductions are rare.

I agree. I don't think man's boobs are that common, or that big of an issue for men, so I don't believe this surgery is that common.
