How common is nipple enlargement? How many people get their nipples enlarged per year?

I think this surgery is the one I need. My nipples are too small even if I am breastfeeding my babies. I go out without a bra and my nipples are not noticeable.

I think that's a plus that you can wear a shirt and your nipples don't show. I am not a big fan of the bra but I need to wear one out because my nipples are quite noticeable.
