Are you talking about aerola revisions? If so, I did. It wasn't something that I was even considering when I went in for my consultation, but my PS pointed out how my aerolas were on the large side, more oval rather than circular, and were really uneven (the left was larger than the right). He told me that all of those things would only become more obvious when I got my implants, and that he could cut them off, revise them, use the holes to place my implants, then put them back on.

I'm really glad that I listened to him and let him do the revisions - I think my aerolas look a lot better, and the scarring is almost gone already.

I have before and after pics if you'd like to see them.

So it did not take that much longer to do? I guess he has to cut the opening anyone, so it is just one more step....if I am understanding right???? I want mine moved over some more to the middle. HOw much more of a charge was it, do you remember? Your ps did an awesome job! YOu look like you are natural, I do not think anyone could ever guess you had implants...you must be so happy!

I didn't get the impression from my PS that it took much longer to do the revision. He basically used a cookie cutter kind of instrument to cut down my aerolas to make them more symetrical and rounder, then put them back on after placing my implants.

I don't know if your aerolas can be moved over to the side at all, but I guess if they can move them up when they do mini-lifts, they could possibly do that too. The best person to ask that question to would be your PS.

My PS didn't charge me any more to do the revisions - I had already gotten my pricing when we discussed doing the aerolar revisions, and they didn't charge me any extra after we decided to do it.

I was going for a natural look, and really feel that my PS gave me exactly that. A lot of people don't believe that I have implants - they say that I look "too" natural!

I also suggest you ask your surgeon. He can tell you what he can do, and also he can tell you what he thinks you should and shouldn't do.
