Diet Pills

Anyone know of a diet pill that REALLY works? I know when I was younger (and b4 it was taken off the market) I used Dexatrim and lost a lot of weight. But, I can understand the reason for banning it, I can vividly remember the rapid heartbeat, lightheadness and all the other things that went along with taking this drug. But I really wish there was one that actually worked and didn't have a million and one side effects.
