I have seen various creams that say they can do anything from reducing fat to clearing skin. What creams do you use? What creams work?

Yeah, I've also heard of those but dont believe them. If putting on a bit of cream was going to remove layers of fat, plastic surgery would have become extinct by now! I'm yet to hear of it actually working for someone.

I never used such creams, I don't think that they really work in reducing fat. I prefer exercising rather than using some creams, that would surely reduce the body fat. For facial purposes I mainly use Revlon fair & glow cream other than that I don't use anything else. It works out well for me.

The only creams I believe in, are the ones that my girlfriend uses, which are not for fat burning, but for lifting by Estee Lauder. She has perfect skin, and she only uses some creams. She is 56, but her face looks like 40 or younger. Not many wrinkles!

It's important to read the list of ingredients. Sometimes creams state the will remove wrinkles but they actually just hide them. Some actually have nothing that is known to tighten skin and rely on plant siclicones to make the skin feel softer without really moisturizing and micas to diffuse light, making the wrinkles less obvious.

Yes, Sage Mother you are probably right... but I´ve seen my girlfriend up close without any make up... I can tell you, her skin is almost perfect! Those creams have helped her, along with the fact that she never goes under the sun without protection!

Remember, heredity plays a large part in the appearance of lines and wrinkles, along with the amount of sun and wind exposure. I am sure a combination of circumstances is at work with your girlfriend's skin.
