What are the side effects of permanent cosmetics? Are there any serious risks?

Well, the one that concerns me the most is that infection could develop. There are way too many sensitive and essential things on your face to not cause some worry. If you got permanent eyeliner, for example, you could develop an infection that would probably involve the eye.

Getting an eye infection from permanent eyeliner would not be a side effect that I would want to entertain. But I would probably love the way the eyeliner looked on me, though.
