How common are permanent cosmetics? How many people get them per year?

I am not into permanent cosmetics. I am the type of person that uses different colors of cosmetics every day. That’s why I am not in favor of permanent cosmetics.

I think permanent cosmetics are probably a mistake.

As we age, gravity takes our features downward. Permanent cosmetics can't be adjusted to compensate for the downward slide. There are probably applied to thousands of people, who wonder what they were th i nking when 10 years later, they can't make adjustments!
