Heard about a Rhinoplasty procedure called 'Shaving' ?

think you have to be very careful believing what you read on the internet. Of course you know that too.
I read that in Russia they are experimenting heating up the nose cartilage and re-shaping the nose that way. This could well be the future but I'm happy to let someone else go first. Selfish I know.
I get the impression that the top US surgeons are experimenting with patients in their search for the ideal augmentation material. They'll find it eventually I'm sure but I wouldn't volunteer. It's tried and tested for me.
The most important thing is to find a surgeon who has a special interest in rhinoplasty and then take his advice.
