Default Computer imaging

All of my consultations included computer imaging. I found this interesting but also realised it was not a guarantee of a final result. It's just a tool to make sure you and the surgeon are on the same page as to what can be done with your nose. Some of the top US surgeons won't do it because they think it builds up unrealistic expectations. Gunter for example prefers to draw on a picture of your nose.

I didn't see before and after photos at either of my consults.
Mr McGregor provided a diagram of the procedure. (He also explained it verbally to me, so I would inderstand, basically.)
Mr Webster drew my nose and then drew over it to show what he aimed to do.
We were on the same page!

I think computer imaging can help, but it may be too realistic and set a physically unattainable standard.
