Have you ever had scars repaired?

Have you ever had your scars repaired? Did it work? Are the scars gone or are they still slightly visible?

This is one area of plastic surgery that I would support. I too have a small scar on my chin, but am afraid of undergoing surgery, thinking it may be painful.

I fell on a stone and hurt my left elbow and now I have not just a scar but its something that looks like a baby cockroach, I donno how do I get rid of this scar. I am scared of a surgery but would be willing to go for it if I would make it normal.
