Face baggy around mouth

Hi, I am a 22 year old male with a pretty serious problem... Well, at least it's serious to me. You see I have these mounds under my chin and on the corners of my mouth that makes my face appear dented, and deformed. I first noticed this about a year ago. I have a picture from when i was 16, and I didn't have this problem then. I don't know what it is, I really can't explain it. I have pics of before and now. Look for yourself and tell me what you think it is and what I can do about it. I don't know if i will need surgery. That's what I came here to find out. I think, it might be fat, but I don't think that you can have pockets of fat in certain places, maybe I'm wrong please help!!!

I recommend you go have a consultation with a plastic surgeon. He can probably figure out what the problem is. More importantly, he can tell you what he can do to fix it, and how much that will cost.
