How much does tumescent liposuction cost? It's a new procedure; do you think the price will go down as it ages?

I live in a very rural area and was quoted $7500 for the abdomen and what they call the "G procedure". The "G procedure" is basically my hips, saddlebag area, and the part below the buttocks.
