Can't you do vagina exercises?

They are quite hollow I do believe!But do have some weight with them as the sizes vary due to how much tightening you actually need!

It's important for women to remember that, unless you suffer from uterine prolapse, are in the last two months of pregnancy, or have had surgery in the area, vaginal exercises really aren't necessary. The birth canal returns to its natural state after child birth and has done so since women started giving birth.

Many of these "concerns" are created with little foundation in reality. If a male, whether its a doctor or not, starts talking about your "vaginal health", you really should tell him that you will be happy to speak with an independent, female doctor about that issue. He is there to diagnose and treat REAL problems that require reconstruction. Kegel exercises don't fall into that category.

Many women do vaginal exercises just to improve their sexual performance with males... Aparently they enjoy that kind of control while there is penetration.

I have also always heard about women doing the exercises to improve sexual performance. I can't say for sure if it really improves anything for either party though.
